The Swiftwater Lodge is a luxury log home located on the fourth hole of the Arnold Palmer Signature Prospector Golf Course.

Knotty pine abounds in this 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom, 2800 square foot house. Boasting 25’ vaulted ceilings, the ground floor of this charming log home features a Chef’s kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances, and a warm living room with a cozy fireplace and flat screen TV.

The rec room with its foosball and airhockey tables offer plenty of evening entertainment. A Murphy bed and futon along with a kids bunk room are also located on the ground level.

Upstairs the dual Master suites feature comfortable King-sized log beds, and the luxurious jetted tub is perfect for relaxing after a long day of golf. A spacious loft is also located upstairs.

The Swiftwater Lodge is situated a short distance to the Inn and Village of Suncadia and is the perfect location to take off for golfing, hiking, mountain biking, cross country skiing and much, much more.
